I know this was discussed previously, but I can't remember the rule. Can a loaned player return for U23 matches without being recalled, or does this mean Galloway's loan has ended? Surely someone here knows this.

I haven't had any audio at all and now the video has gone from spluttering to dead so not going to persist into the second half!
