Just catching up , hence late comment. Whatever metrics/ pathways they set for Braiden Graham at the start of the season he must be well on the way to exceeding them and it’s still September. 3goals in 3 u18 league games, debut off the bench for u21s. Full credit to Linfield and the way they coached him , trained him , brought him on to hit the ground running so well in a different country. Too early to get excited of course, but I love the way he’s doing this with his skill while still being comparatively small and growing.

True enough but his performance today was all about proving his fitness the result wasn’t all that important.

Branthwaite coming back into the team could save the managers job.
Why would he not bring him back as soon as possible?

However, bringing him in too soon could result in a longer injury.

That said I think if he has a good week this week then he could well be involved.

….keeping an eye on Benjamin, terrific assist in the last game, I like a ‘Jonny on the spot’ who scores tap-ins like those yesterday. Not sure what his position is but if he started right side, they are great finishes.

Off to a very decent start as is Graham at 18s level. Add in the other two 16 year olds and it could turn out a really productive summer of recruitment.

Yet another season where this thread is my Everton ‘happy place’. We’ve made some serious inroads into acquiring attacking talent and have cleared out those old enough to be qualified teachers to make room for others (and hoped so they can be successful elsewhere).
