Evertons fixture congestion.

Ironically it isn't their defence that is proving the problem for them. Their lack of results cannot be put down to defensive errors or conceding too many goals. It's their attack that is misfiring. Since their demolition of Palace they have scored 1 goal in a four game winless run.

But of course the media, and of course the RS themselves, will no doubt focus on the VVD injury that went unpunished. It's comical really.
Defence is weakened with VVD and Gomez out
Both FBs cannot bomb on as much with no experienced CBs to cover
Midfield is weakened because the 2 best CM are playing out of position in defence
Midfield cant win possession as well as they used to therefore starving attack of opportunities
Granted the front 3 are misfiring as well

Have you actually watched those games Bri? Both FBs have been bombing on as much as ever. Over those 4 game Liverpool averaged 70% possession and 17 attempts on goal per game. That doesn't look like me as an attack starved of opportunities or possession. However the average of attempts on target per game is 2. Not great really.

Whilst I agree Liverpool have been without Fabinho in their midfield, Henderson played there in two of those games, as did the greatest midfielder in the world Thiago Alcantara, plus Wijnaldum, who many RS fans consider to be their best midfielder and crucial to their pressing game, played in all four games.

They schedule as many games as possible to have on telly. Its not ideal. But when they are paying out billions they are goin to call the shots.
Since the lockdown every Everton game has been on telly and for me anyway that's brilliant
Absolutely, that’s not In Question however, for years they’ve put their own interests ahead of the fans, the fans who made the clubs and indeed the game what they are

They pay us 150m a year.

That kind of money gives them the right to call the shots.
Absolutely, unfortunately, it’s the ambivalence that means they don’t consider the fans when scheduling.
They could easily schedule the early snd late matches between clubs who are closer together , they just don’t bother

it’s disgusting

The previous twenty years mate!!!?! The next twenty years
Jesus, it’s beff we n going on for yonks and getting worse
Last 20 years? Longer than that, ITV and BBC used to schedule awkward kick off times for FA Cup and Division One games back in the 80s, even in the 90s games in what’s now the Championship used to be moved around for local area coverage on ITV, it isn’t a phenomena instrumented by Sky

At present time the kick offs are strange but fine while there’s no fans present, when fans are back you go back to the old schedule of 12.30/5.30 games on Saturday, 2/4.30 on Sunday and 8 every other week on Monday with midweeks at 7.45/8

It’s worth pointing out that it’s not just the TV companies that decide the times, the clubs have to agree to them too, that gets ignored quite a lot by fans

I dont see why it matters, honestly.

I do not go to Aways anymore, but when I did it didn't bother me what time the game kicked off or how far I had to travel.

Awaydays were all about the day out, the coach, the pub, the footy, the banter, so what if sometimes you get in at 3am, these modern fans with their sense of entitlement, SMH.

Wow

You are happy to take tv money, watch games on TV that you can't attend but whinge about them calling the shots on scheduling.
Absolutely ridiculous argument.
I think if you went to games, especially with kids, you’d have a different attitude

it all sounds a bit “I’m ok in my armchair” fan to me. Sod the actual fans that make the effort to go
