it looks like someit from sowy fun fair......(Southport fun fair)
you need the badge and then include the afore mentioned S&S (stars & stripes) into it.
I would love to know how to design this then show you but I am, unfortunately a t!t on a computer and do not know how to get idea's from 1's head to 1's laptop. It looks realy good in my head though:huh:x
 
I DIDN'T DESIGN IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! someone who works on the graphics at the efc programme did , i'm just reproducing it here. try to be helpful and all i get is ******* criticism for someone elses design.

You could have replaced the red with yellow or green or something mate.
