With all the news with regards to the club this week, the fans kicking off. Players getting grief. Fans turning up at training. Does anyone think this could be damaging us with signing new players? Will players see this and want to distance themselves from joining us?

Isn't it all being a little overplayed? Some in the media are too keen to fan the flames at Everton...

- A few crossed words in a dressing room that would happen at any club after a terrible performance.
- 7 fans having a pop at under-performing footballers. Big thrill?

Seeing prominent coverage and headlines like "Potential crisis at Everton as angry fans descend on training to confront chief"

Laughable, really.

I wouldn't say it's a massive factor, but players getting loads of grief can't be great in that regard. Players have friends in the game and share agents. If a player's got a couple of options and rings his mate to say might be joining you there soon, we could probably do without that mate saying 'good luck with that, hope you enjoy getting a load of stick off the fans every time you lose and booed off every week'.

I was thinking this, we are rumoured to be after Under (I hope so), would he speak to Cenk first? I would think so. Would the news about fans at the training ground, booing all game (Saturday), toxic atmosphere in general,Schneids possibly being dead, make him consider not signing for us? The lure of Carlo might well be enough but there is a hell of a bad taste at the club at the moment.

24 hour sports news channels need 24 hours of news to fill the time don't they. When it doesn't exist they just make it up or exaggerate the smallest story. A manager only has to scratch his balls and Sky Sports News produce a half hour special about it.

Don't think it's a big deal as your making, Certain fans have just reached boiling point with the team that's all.

Exactly. Jim White wasnt doing us any favors talking about it constantly. It just made me think before. Is it portraying us badly, and how far reaching is it?

I’d imagine their agents might though (provided Everton have shown interest in one of their clients).

Yeah as the bossman said what really happened?

A few fellas went to FF and had a word with Brands, no screaming or shouting, no rioting, no players even dragged into it.

Its not like they burned the ground down.

I doubt that the top players are mates with our miserable excuses for players.
