I go watch Marine when I can, and absolutely gutted there. We were by far the better side and it’s a cruel way to go.

Off to Nantwich tomorrow, and if we beat Wrexham there it’s Harrogate the day before the Spurs game.

Fingers crossed for a big result.

Just seen that Marine lost , that’s a shame, hope you enjoyed the trip. I’m planning a day out to Rotherham v Bromley in the next round , knock another ground off the 92.

South Shields next Saturday in the cup, which should be another big game, with South Shields bringing an allocation I'd expect.

Wasn't to be, and Saturday's last minute goal, and the effort just knocked wind out of our sails.

Still, looking good for promotion, so fingers crossed we get there... again!

I loved the FA Cup as a kid. The build up on the morning of the final, the excitement of seeing a lower/non league team knock a big side out. It's sad to see the FA Cup lose it's prestige over the years. I think the decline started, when Man United decided that they couldn't be arsed entering it one year, and prioritised some tin pot world club championship trophy instead.
