That was a mad call by Ferrari. Would’ve put both of them in jeopardy of falling back. What a race. Was hoping for a Hamilton win, in the end he can be happy with that. Leclerc got screwed over by that SC, with less wing he was still much quicker than Sainz. Verstappen was quicker too.
But every driver need luck, so I think it was a deserved victory for Sainz in the end. He had the balls to refuse Ferrari's intention to cover a now slower Leclerc.
It was pathetic of the team. That was a mad call by Ferrari. Would’ve put both of them in jeopardy of falling back.
Always tricky when you're the lead car, always easy for a car behind to react to the leader. But with so many laps left, the decision was naive, track position would be understandable only at a place like Monaco or Singapore. That was a mad call by Ferrari. It was especially stupid today though as they probably could have double stacked them and even if Lewis then stayed out they’d have come out in 2nd and 3rd on better tyres as the gap to 4th was huge. And they had more than enough time to make the call.Always tricky when you're the lead car, always easy for a car behind to react to the leader. Yeah, quite unfortunate.Hamilton crashes out of Q3. Annoying as his pace was looking really good
