Supposedly tradition, because the draw used to be on a Monday lunchtime years ago. Cos everything was always better in the olden' days, and because everyone is always moaning about how modern football has been 'ruined' (by money and tv), so the FA and the BBC have decided to tackle the problem where it matters most - not ticket prices, or stupid kick off times, no.... the draw is back on Monday and all is right the world.
