Why?

Assuming ManU and Chelsea finish in the top four, if Villa win the League Cup on Sunday and Tottenham win the FA Cup beating Chelsea in the final, as long as Villa and Spurs finish outside the top 4, 7th would get a UEFA slot. That should all fall into place nicely.
