I know it's supposed to be 3 at the back but it rarely ends up as that. I think the only way of making it work is with elite level players. Even then I think it's potentially a waste of talent.

We're effectively playing 5-2-3 with 4 of those players in wide areas. 3 of them sitting back which leaves a striker, and two to run the middle.
