How has the Premier League allowed Sold as seen rather than not fit for purpose ?

i bet he gets a fine for wearing the wrong socks and the big 6 get nothing for trying to break football.

I noticed that with the socks, I couldn't watch the game live, so just saw the goal until watching MOTD last night. And it stood out a mile. Is that delphs fault or the kitman? I'm not sure, footballers might be getting dumber a d struggling to dress themselves. I remember last season when sidibe had both boots on but only 1 sock when he was coming on as a sub.
