When he signed Brands went public and was really proud of the fact he'd gone to Delph's gaff and sold the Club to him. I was baffled at the time thinking about all the great players we have had over the years and thought it bizarre, Fabian Delph has never been a great player. It became obvious immediately that he'd made a monkey out of Brands. What a waste of space Fabian Delph is.

I know I'm nostalgic, but imagine Brian Labone entertaining someone on our executive staff who thought it proper and necessary to "sell" the club to an arrogant unfit journeyman like Delph. Noone turns a hair now - players or board... only us on here I reckon.
