Billionaire "owner", someones having a laugh! We've been duped big time, well actually Kenwright and the Premier League have! I am more and more convinced that Everton Football Club are in effect being used - or were being used, purely to "wash" a certain Oligarchs money to get a foothold in the regeneration of the docks amongst other things !
Time and time again poor decision making is followed by wasting yet more money being thrown at Agents fees, transfers fees of some rubbish players, paying up of managers contracts, rinse (literally) and repeat! Poor decision after poor decision and the chickens are coming home to roost now, especially after what their mate Putin has now dropped them in!

It certainly looks more and more that was the case. It’s a similar model to what Abrahamovich did except we were utterly incompetent.
