I doubt Roy will stay beyond the season imo and I have no idea about the long term plan for fireman Sam, Leeds just sacked their DoF so they clearly want to change direction and there has been suggestions of a takeover if they stay up. Moyes will go imo regardless of what happens and as for us who knows.
Reckon if Leeds go down they will possibly try to get Corberan back, West Brom in dire financial straits and Leeds will have money to spend so can see him going

Apparently, the self-appointed greatest manager in the game has won 4 out of his last 30 games as a manager. For context that’s absolute Frank Lampard levels of shizzle.

Hasn't managed for years then has to implement (yes very simple tactics but still requires time to drill) the antithesis of football the team is used to as they're defenders are pure championship. I'm dubious it will pay off
Lets hope so, I've just got this horrible feeling he only jumped at it as a payback to us...
( He probably only needs 1 win for that )

Samysosaurus at least in my opinion is a pure mercenary . I don't think has a vendetta as he fashioned himself as a fixer despite I'm sure there was disappointment in not being able to continue with highest profile gig hes had. His tactics were dated five years ago unless he's trying to reinvent himself which is an outlandish notion. I think he's going to bomb especially with a squad that is largely free of big lunks to knock in a set piece much less head balls and block shots while being camped in front of their own goal for 90 minutes. I think the lack of compatibility between the leeds squad and sam's philosophy would be akin to biesla managing the current Everton squad

Leeds are dire. They're beyond redemption. He's a good manager but he will take them down just as he took West Brom down.

There's no way we would be in this position had we reappointed him in November, though. We would already be safe now.

I'm one of the foolish blues who used to lambast Stones and Lukaku for not being good enough and who called for Sam to be sacked for getting us 8th! Little did we know that we would never finish 8th again.

A piece from the Red Rag sums him up perfectly

Allardyce had his work cut out to win over sceptics from the offset, but he never even looked like succeeding. The football Evertonians endured under him was attritional.

It is hard, even now, to recall a performance from Everton under the veteran that whetted the appetite and quickened the pulse. Then there were the constant credit-claiming statements after every win, and there were a fair number, and the buck-passing after every defeat.

It was a classic case of taking responsibility for victory while abdicating it in defeat. The hijacking of a win over West Ham United in David Unsworth’s final game as caretaker boss was an example of how the former Newcastle United chief had no shame in putting his name to things that had nothing to do with him.

This was a classic case of Allardyce pushing his own agenda before that of the club. Everton supporters saw through it where others in football did not.

Allardyce had five months to implement his own style and prove he was far from a survival specialist. He did not deliver on either count.

I’m not sure how much of this is wilful delusion and how much is my genuine opinion, but he’s got a hell of a job with Leeds, hasn’t he?

He has four games, starting with City away (hardly a confidence booster of a fixture) to totally change the approach of an attack-focused side into a solid defensive unit.

Does he even have the personnel for his style there, let alone the time?
