other than that, Belleville Rendez-Vous, is a bit brilliant!
I stumbled across it one night not intending to watch it, but i couldnt turn it over, it is sooooo clever and funny and great to look at, if you can find it check it out!!
Despite the fact its french, theres no actual french language in it!
In terms of groundbreaking cinematic genius it has to be Wall-e. Trust me, that film is going to be in all the top 10 lists over the next decade.
in terms of classic animation, my favourite has got to be the Lion King, i grew up with that movie and i still think its cinematic brilliance. though the part where his dad dies is a bit heavy for a kids movie.
for digital animation, i really liked the movie Antz
Who Framed Roger Rabbit
The original Lord of the Rings animated movie
Also I dont mind a bit of boogiing to the Jungle Book
Monsters Inc (Absolutley fan bloody tastic movie)
Ice Age
Fantasia
Who Framed Roger Rabbit
Cars
Flight of Dragons
more coming, bear with me
