Too much soy can ruin an otherwise good dish, though i may be thinking of honey soy. Kin hate cooking though so my opinion is probably invalid.

If i ever bother going to any effort to cook something decent, the utensil, pot, pan whatever gets used, gets rinsed and put straight in the dishwasher whilst still making the meal (once not needed obviously). Then plates straight in after eating, switch it on and done.

Otherwise it sits there stinking up the kitchen till the next day, i flatly refuse to ever iron clothes so the unspoken agreement my wife and I have is the dishes are solely my responsibility then lol

Levi Roots jerk sauce. A good blue cheese sauce for steak, balsamic vinegar is a nice dressing
