I think the poll was too complicated. To get my support it would need simplifying and I'd then close the existing thread, but even then I'd mostly file it under NEA.

Despite all the rhetoric on the thread with the existing poll making it sound like most Blues want to lose, the lurkers have already spoken by a large majority. fwiw, it's pretty obvious that the closer to L4 you are the more likely you'd celebrate a Citeh win. I doubt we need a poll to work that out.

Possibly mate but in that forum there's thousands of threads I'd/many others would file under NEA, it all just sort of contributes to the forum, different people want to read different threads in differing amounts of detail.

The fact that I'm NEA about the result of the poll doesn't mean I'm against having it. If it was changed to a multi-answer poll something like

"If losing to Citeh would cost us a Europa league place but stop L'Pool winning the title how would you feel. Also, tell us where you are from ?"

Happily lose to stop the RS win the league
Want us to win regardless

I'm close but not scouse
I'm more or less a foreigner

then I'd go for that. But I'd close the "Liverpool could crown ... " and any other similar threads and make it clear that if things got out of hand on the new thread then bans would occur and / or the new thread would be closed as well.
