I don't think he actually wants to be manager. Failing means he can't stay on then, at least not at most clubs. We allowed Harvey to come back in under Kendall II.

It’s the same as his last stint in charge.

All you hear from Ferguson and the players when asked about the style etc is “desire” and “fight”.

Nothing which gives any indication that there’s substance to the tactics.

Were people expecting a tactical masterclass from Ferguson? Passion will only get you so far, and it’s why I’d be worried about giving him the job till seasons end.

We need someone who knows how to manage a football team to get the best out of them.

If we weren’t in a relegation scrap, I’d be more up for the idea.

After Koeman got sacked he was on charge for 3 games and was horrendous in all but 1. He has shown 0 skill and tactical vision to be a manager. I’m not judging an opinion based in this games, it’s been a combination of games. It’s a No for me on Ferguson.
