FFP rule change

Tbh, from a regulatory perspective it seems sensible to me. If you're going to do FFP it may as well be done correctly. If people think it's pointless, restrictive whatever that's obviously.

It isn't just Everton, that's a little paranoid IMO. Wolves appear to be bricking it so far and I'd thought this time about the loss thing would catch most clubs all told, in terms of the early submission.

I expect most clubs will have made a two year aggregated loss before tax hence will be captured by this rule.

it’s ok for Chelsea and Man City but let’s get a grip of Everton….
I mean, it specifically mentions Chelsea in the article. And Man City’s issues aren’t about losses in terms of profit and sustainability. And we are the only club that has been charged for that. So of course they will use us as their example.

I also expect most clubs will end up having to be doing what is proposed within the next few years.

It just continues to highlight how horrendously run we are which is hardly a bad thing in terms of forcing change at the top.

What is it with all the other clubs "financial experts" coming on here to give us their 2p? It's weird. I can't imagine spending my free time boring the nips off, I dunno, Wolves fans(?) with my uninformed amateur opinions of the state of their clubs finances. I'm not sure what it's all about.
