Oh and somehow lost my first game of 2nd season against Liverpool.

Torres and Holtby debuts but lost 2-1. Still not sure how.

But Henderson scored from about 33 yards.

My cats were kicked.
 
I've finished my first season with Epebton and it's transfer time. I've noticed Howard, Jagielka and Pienaar have all decreased overall. Very realistic.

SO. Positions needed are:

Goal keeper
Centre Mid
Striker.

I think I'll just get a cheap goalie of about 82 OVR and spooge all the rest on someone like Doumbia, then see what I've got left for a CM.

Love the transfer windows. I had to work bloody hard to keep Mirallas!! Barca well wanted him.

I could do with another centre back but only have like £3m left.

Any tips?

I do too but I'm very meticulous with my money and don't like to see a penny wasted.

Depending on if you need the Centre back to start or not, and how long you plan to play your season mode for, maybe take a look at this:

It's a list of all the best players in terms of their current OVR and potential OVR.

For example, there's a CB at Pro Vercelli in Serie B (I think) who starts off at 71 and goes up to around 88, he's called Alberto Masi (Nope, me neither), and should cost around what you have left to spend.

I am aware this is kind of cheating but I've been doing it for the last few FIFA games and I can't stop myself now!

Well I guess it's the same as PS3 thinking about it.

Get the songs you want on your XBOX and make them into a playlist.

Then on the settings menu there's one called 'custom music/chants' or something and then it's in there.

You can do chants an entrance musics too.

Coming out to Z Cars on a game is boss.

Honestly think that kind of site totally defeats the purpose of career mode. If you know that the players you're signing are going to be ace there's no challenge or excitement.

For me anyway.

Yes I know. It does make me feel a bit daft like. I used to use it to make marquee signings for small clubs, but I got a bit carried away with it and now I can't stop.

Plus, there's so many players on the game that it helps narrow it down a bit.

That kinda makes sense. I usually only ever sign players I've heard of mind you.
 
Tell you what's fun, put the transfer money setting on 65%, difficulty on the highest possible and choose Everton. Don't spend any money in the first window but release a load of players.

Otherwise it's too easy.
