I love it mate, but I'm a bit bias.

Been playing Konami football games for 20 odd years.

The new one is very good and a lot of fun to play.

Played both fifa 17 & pro evo demos. Pretty underwhelming stuff. Fifa remains largely the same despite the new engine, same easy goals to score etc. And as for pro evo. I long for it not to be crap, but they just can't recapture the glory days. I like the AI of my own team players making runs etc, but passing and shooting lack any feel whatsoever and UI remains unacceptably in the 90s.

If you only play online like myself then PES is absolutely gash, only one winner for me.

Took me a while but did like them in the end. Different is good sometimes.

Nope, I cannot see my opinion changing on these past accepted resignation. There was nothing wrong with the old way.

How are you doing them? Are you switching to the player or are you picking your spot to cross to?

At the minute I'm not doing any as I'm away.
But I did a mix of them when I played the demo last week. They feel more like a corner should be. The problem before was they felt like it was a computer game.

I reckon in the full game there'll be a tutorial mode to teach you how's and stuff.

I genuinely can't understand the anti-Pro Evo sentiment. It's a superb game of football. The ball physics are infinitely better than FIFA, and you can still have a rip-snorter of a game and it end goalless. Very happy with this year's tweaks.

I like both games. And find it odd when people say one is better than the other.

They are different. They have to be different. If they were the same them it would be pointless.

Don't get the 'ball physics' thing but ok.

FIFA was better than PES for nearly a decade. The pendulum swung over the past two games. Happens.

I like all, long for a pes 6, but I've enjoyed both demos. Fifa is just that bit slicker in presentation and ui. Plus that demo as being Hunter on FIFA I've played it like 5x because it appeals in a childhood dream kind of way. It's a tough one. Kinda still leaning towards pes, but dunno if that's uni nostalgia..

Amazes me that people have the time to play two football games to be honest. That's the reason I'll never bother with PES.
