F-14 the iconic plane, but honestly, if you want a do it all really, really well, you pick the plane falling out of the sky earlier in this thread, the F/A-18 Hornet (either C variant or the E/F Super Hornet).
My long time favorite though, by far, the F-15:
The F-15 in SPAMRAAM configuration (ie, 12 AIM-120D AMRAAM's for the latest F-15SA model)

Maybe slightly off thread but the title of this thread reminded me of the story of Keith Miller the Australian Cricketing all-rounder. During the war, he flew Spitfires and was in the Battle of Britain. A Cricket interviewer once asked him did he ever experience pressure when playing cricket. Keith Miller said 'no, never'.
