Probably been discussed, but on what basis did the authorities have an issue with us having a late kick off against Southampton, but were presumably okay with them kicking off at 4:30 today? Can’t get my head around that one
Depends which ballot you are in. If you are in the 15+ ballot then you should hear today and be able to buy tickets on Wednesday. When will the ballot winners get word they have been successful?
Probably didnt want thousands of pissed up blues without tickets milling around at k.o time, for obvious reasonsProbably been discussed, but on what basis did the authorities have an issue with us having a late kick off against Southampton, but were presumably okay with them kicking off at 4:30 today? Its the basis that means the derby at their place can be midweek or Sunday 4:30pm, but Goodison seems to be lunchtime Saturday, apart from when a postponement means it gets pushed to a midweek late in the season.Probably been discussed, but on what basis did the authorities have an issue with us having a late kick off against Southampton, but were presumably okay with them kicking off at 4:30 today? And who can forget the 0-0 against Birmingham in 82 a couple of weeks after the rs tonked us,i was one of the 20,000.will just have to watch on the tele with tears in my eyes,UTFT.Absolutely. I was at the Wimbledon game, the Coventry game, the cup final win, seen us win the league title, been to Goodison hundreds of times but counts for sod all here.
not sure where this should go but saw and thought worth posting.
It would be great if the club set up something to have the final game shown on big screens in Stanley Park for all of the local fans who cant get a ticket, but want to be there for the game build up and watch the game with fellow fans
100% this, going to the new stadium would be genuinely quite odd.Surely if people can't get a ticket but want to be round the ground they'd rather just watch it in a pub near goodison?
Why would anyone want to go to a park or the new stadium to watch it?
