Final game at Goodison - confirmed Sunday 18 May, 12PM

I doubt it. Like I said, sky have their own slots and they use those times because they work for them. I’m also not sure how 8 on a Sunday is better than on a Monday. You were saying before an 8pm kick off would be bad because people could have to leave early and kids couldn’t go etc. is that issue magically solved by it being 24 hours earlier?

i never said i wanted an 8pm ko, I’m just saying thats something they could do

but in that same vein 8pm on a sunday is still better because majority are off work so can enjoy a full day beforehand. whereas a monday you literally are only getting a few hours to enjoy it

Not a chance it won’t be on tv. The league and relegation look almost certain to be done by then, and 4 teams likely will be out of action because of the cup final. The chances of the last ever game at the worlds first purpose built football stadium not being picked for tv coverage ahead of Brentford v Fulham or palace v wolves are basically nil.

Would Anfield not hold that title? We moved there before Goodison.
I searched for images of Anfield pre-1892 but couldn't find any. I did find this, conclusive proof that that team's managers have historically always been Dicks...

Arsenal, Brentford, Chelsea, Palace and West Ham are all scheduled at home that week. If none of them have their match rearranged due to playing in the Cup final, it's pretty easy to see some of those games are getting moved to either Friday or Monday for policing purposes.
Can’t be Friday

I just think Saints will stay the sunday at whatever time ko ends up been. Not really a good game for TV, but obviously may get picked with it been final game at Goodison. But either way i think it stays the sunday
