Final game at goodison.

Early kick off would be awful, everyone's just got out of bed, the sun's in your eyes, it's a footnote on TV as they turn their attention straight to the next game etc. I'd much prefer a monday night to be honest, not sure why people have suddenly taken against that idea.

because the day should be an absolute festival of goodison, so if it's a monday night ko at 7.45, most wont be able to get there till 6 earliest, maybe 6.30-7, and then many will have to get off not long after or take it easy with work in the morning, kids will have school etc

sunday tv slot makes most sense

i imagine the standard fixture for that day will be 3pm as it's essentially a saturday with the fa cup final being saturday, so I imagine it will actually be more liek a 5pm or 5.30 ko if there's other fixtures going on at 3

Exactly a Monday fixture just ruins the day.

Little to no party around the Goodison pre match, in comparison to how it would be on a weekend. People not staying out as late after the game aswell.

It would be like they where totally disregarding the significance of our last ever game at Goodison. Shoving us onto a crap tv slot, for viewers who wouldn't be that fussed about the occasion in the grand scheme of things. While our actual fans last day at Goodison is ruined.

It would be 2, 4 or 4 30 on the Sunday, that's Sky's TV slot. They aren't going to go out of their way to create a special slot just for us. I don't have any major issue with it being on the Sunday, I just don't on the Monday either. If the club really want a proper focus on the game it will be Monday night, Sunday kicking off while other games are going on/the second they finish is not a proper focus, from everything we've hear they want it to be the only game.

This would be brilliant. I won't be able to get a ticket but want to be around other Evertonians and being all together would be perfect.
Could also do a big screen at BMD but would defeat the object of being at Goodisonā€™s last game
