Final game of season v Arsenal

I’d love it if it was down to the RS and Arsenal on the last day, if Arsenal win, they win the league, while Everton are already safe.

Anyone with a functioning brain cell would know that Everton would roll over, yet you’d still get Sky and all the other media hyping it up.

In that scenario, I’d be disappointed if we didn’t score at least 2 own goals.

Not even thinking of the RS, they can do them, we need to do what we need to. It might be too much wishing for the perfect scenario and as much as it smarts, I could take them winning as long as we stay up.

Hopefully we take points off the both of them to add to our tally, and if we beat them and draw to Arsenal even better. Then it's up to others to do the same to decide where the title ends up.

Likely we lose to Arsenal as we have a pathetic last day of the season record. Just have to hope that game doesn't matter else we are in big, big trouble.

Yeah, if we need to get a result, I could definitely see Homes Under the Hammer legend Dion Dublin scoring a free header for Arsenal just moments after Luton have taken the lead in their game.

In such a scenario, you’d hope Dyche has the testicles to bring Daniel Amokachi on for the last 20 minutes and score two goals to swing the situation back in to our favour.

Last 5 years our results are even. 4 wins, 1 draw, 4 losses.
At Arsenal, we've won 1 and lost 3.
Odds are against us but so much footy between now and then. They could be on the beach for good or bad reasons.
We could start to look like a football club.
I wouldn't mind a 90th minute equalizer by them to knock the RS into 3rd, cba with Teeth or Legohead winning the league.
