This Ali Bongo tit again.
Matt Hughes is on an absolute mission to bury us. Does he think Everton fans sprayed tear gas in his eye in Paris?

Our net asset position is miles better than the previous year. I've skimmed through the accounts, and won't be reading them in any more detail, but they aren't that bad. Losses are massively down, and the trend should be further in the right direction for FY23, and the balance sheet looks not too bad either.
I find the timing of our PL investigation slightly strange I've got to say. There will be teams who lose a lot more and have a lot more debt than us....
£36M loss - is that all?
WTF have we been referred for?
You sound disappointed the losses weren't more. For failing to meet the P&S rules that state we’re allowed to make a loss of no more than £105m over 3 years. I didn’t think this would still have to be explained.

Lawnmowers don't grow on trees!Mmmmmm......'Other Operating Costs' = 36.2m up 10.8m on the previous year.
In what way? By giving you information?
Information I knew already.
Which court would you challenge HMRC in ? Yes there is the limitation act which restricts the length of time they can pursue post 6 years but if it was down to you committing fraud, or concealing something or you making a mistake then the likelihood is you would lose any case you bought to a tribunal or tried to defend in the County Court
According to Hughes, it’s because the numbers we presented in the summer seemed ok, but when they saw the audited accounts the picture was not the same….£36M loss - is that all?

I read his waffle.According to Hughes, it’s because the numbers we presented in the summer seemed ok, but when they saw the audited accounts the picture was not the same….
