I'm a bit lost how we can defend our position in a hearing, if senior club officials are not aware that the hearing has started

He does write but some tosh (almost daily), but entirely possible that our legal reps, auditors, and CFO/FD or whatever are fully involved in the process that has begun, and whichever source this idiot asked for confirmation had no idea, simply because no-one with any remaining authority at the club would answer this hate filled bluffer.

He could even have asked Dyche who could have replied, “not my area, I have no knowledge of these things, concentrating on the next match, back on the grass getting his true PL fitness whilst not being over coached *nose pick eyebrow wipe*” and there is his scummy headline.

I’ve no doubt the process of the information sharing before a formal hearing in a week will have begun. This fool has just made it sound like we forgot to show up.

Weird that the reports say that a verdict will be reached next week but not reported until next Month, at minimum that's a week.

However if its to be serious like a points deduction (i think the delay in the above means it prob wont be) - then i don't see the point in waiting.

Warning, innocent - there is a lot of discretionary scope in the rule. I doubt innocent will happen with Barrister fees involved.
