First Time at Goodison

Mashtray

Player Valuation: £25m
Hi Toffees!

Been a supporter for 20 + years grew up in South Africa and now live in Germany. never been to a game but it became a reality after I moved to Europe.

I fought a long fight but eventually got a ticket to the Arsenal game at Goodison, planning a trip to Liverpool

Thinking of staying at the Liverpool Pod hostel Anyone know it well? Its right outside the ground

Plan to enjoy a pub or two! I see a lot of the windslow and the brick online anyone got a favourite or recommendations for match day or in general to grab a drink?

The Lisbon is obviously your top choice in city centre

Try May Duncan’s on Hayworth St. the continuation of Everton Road—a pub with good rooms upstairs, handy for public transport into town or for Goodison Park the other way with the No. 19 dropping you off right outside the ground. It’s in a rough and ready area but you’ll have no problems with the staff or customers. I told an American fan about it and he came over and he was very happy with it. It only has a few rooms so ask now to make sure it is available for the Arsenal game if you are interested.
