They won't care either, they didn't care that Roman abramovich owned Chelsea for so long or uncle uzzy was pumping money in to us, they only care when the world cares and they look bad.

This. Maybe go protest outside the Saudi embassy. Or get a group of fellow human rights promoting bedfellows from all walks of life to picket the Newcastle Ground. Maybe even Sky or the Premier league if youare arsed about their role allowing the takeover.

Banners should be saved for telling the Geordies they're horse punching simpletons who smell of wotsits, joop and Fosters.
 
I think banners by every club is the bare minimum.
I would have preferred every club just boycott the games.
The owner is directly involved in a state genocide, execution and funding the people who killed British people in the streets of London.

Yeah, this is probably a better approach- a bottom up fan led campaign co-ordinated by supporters groups across the country incorporating all Premier league clubs (and beyond). It avoids the petty jealousy look.

Having said that, I'm not entirely convinced all clubs have whiter than white owners.

One thing which stands out for me is we’ve always sold out away and home the last 20 odd years despite being owned by bad owners.

The fact that they are now selling out home and away after being bought by a murderous regime, I think a huge flag highlighting it would be good and very happy to contribute to this.

As much as we slaughter the geordies, and rightly so for their whataboutery regards their regime, these lads who still stand against the Saudi takeover should be admired
