James, Rich, Allan and Digne are our best players and I don’t really think it’s close. Then probably Keane, Doucoure, Dom, Coleman, Pickford, Mina, Gomes, etc as tier 2...Rank them as you will. I understand Mina not playing as he has an injury history, but this early in the year, those who haven’t had problems before and can help us win, I have no problem giving them minutes. Let’s actually try and win a trophy eh?

Personally there's a few odd decisions, but as you say we've got to trust Carlo and his experience - he's won a lot more silverware than anyone on here.
