Well I'm not looking to spend money, I'm looking at the players I have and how far off they are from the level I require.

Weird thing is I did a filter for what I see is the best right back in the Premier league - using the attributes I have chosen earlier, with:

15 for Key
13 for Seconary
10 for Tertiary
13 for Team Work and Work Rate

I got no results, so I matched 13 out of 16 attributes and these are the players who came up:

Heitinga
Corluka
Hibbert
Zuiverloon

Interesting.
 
Johnny scores fairly high in most of the defensive filters. Not top drawer, but above average anyway.

As you say, I adjusted Steve Rounds CA and PA assesment to 20 and he ordered the RBs in this order, Neville, Heitinga, Neil, Hibbert.
 
Well I'm not going to cheat mate. Kind of goes against the point of the game.

I'm actually thinking that faffing at this level is not going to be adviseable as the game is only a demo, and I can't start with full database, also not sure whether or not I can continue this game into the full version, which for the reasons above I don't think I will be able to.

Thats the problem you will face, the scouts and even Steve Round all have faily awful CA and PA assesment, I can suggest a few 20/20 scouts who would come to Everton if you wish.

Steve McCall, Bryan Robson, Glen Lethran all have 20/20 or near enough and all will come to Everton.

Saves can be carried over, but I wont be, Im using the demo for trying things out. As you say you need the full database and some players PA CA will have been changed.

Yeah so I'm just going to try and find the best team and tactics, perhaps some good scouts etc...
 

Good luck with that, finding good AssMans are so, so hard, theres a decent coach at Chelsea, ive forgot his name, but he has some excellent stats for Assistant Manager, hes Danish I think.
 
For me, I want Everton to be the best team in the world, with the best players, I could spend hours building them up and then maybe sometime in 2014 I might have a top class team. But I wouldnt have my favourite players, so I tweak the transfer funds and then I can buy nearly everybody I want.

It normally takes 2 seasons to win the league, then about 2-3 to win the CL, even that takes way to many hours than I wish to spend. Its a game, my way might be classed as cheating and it does defeat the way in which the game must be played, but it is a game and my ideal game is buying the best players and Everton winning everything.

I normally go crazy with the editor tho, but this year im just giving Everton a bottomless transfer pot. Its what we deserve.
