Two packs of Asda sushi and a multipack of Seabrook prawn cocktail crisps. Needed something to hold me over until tea.

So a few folks that I know have been raving about this brand of hot sauce from Hawaii, called HISpice (HI = Hawaii state abbreviation). I checked them out and I do say, this stuff is religiously good. It has exceeded my expectations by a wide margin. Everything is organic and of super-great quality. They have about 20 flavors, but I opted for these four flavors. Pinapple is, so far, the tops, but they all are way way better than any other "boutique" hot sauce I've ever had. If you're looking for gifts for folks, and they happen to like hot sauce, check these out.

And also, for USA folks, if you haven't tried this already, get this Chili Onion Crunch from Trader Joe's. It is amazing with creme cheese on a bagel, or with crackers/cheese, or on pasta. Crunchy, and a decent but subdued hotness. My favorite use, at present, is a slice of toasted sour dough topped with creme cheese, chili/onion crunch, and a fried egg.
