They play for the same team, he just turned his back while his team mate scored the winning penalty in the shoot out.

Lovely video. I remember when they knocked us out of the League Cup back in the 90s. Drew at Goodison and beat us 3-2 at Bootham Crescent. Sad to see these old grounds disappearing.
