As a neutral, this is a hard watch. England look like they are playing for penalties and Spain don’t look capable of breaking them down. Looks like it will be decided with someone making a mistake as opposed to good play. It is a final which befits the tournament. Us Northern Irish are famed for being “dour”, this is dour.
