My first was 94/95.. Back then I predicted big things for the French team from just Champ Man stats.. The likes of Henry, Trezeguet, Anelka etc were virtual unknowns outside the game.

Best ones were 98/99/00 versions.. Not played since I dont think. Might give 14/15 a go if its cheap on Ipad.

When I used to play this I always used to put myself in with the editor, versatile attacking midfielder with maximum ability and potential. 30-40 goals a year guaranteed for the Blues. A Gwladys Street legend and no mistake.

Yeah, haha.. Mine could go in goal too! Full 20 stats, Goodison 200,000 capacity, 100 million start money. Would need 1 billion now!

There's a youtube video and a load of screenshots on Sortitoutsi I believe. Imo it looks absolutely terrible. The new 3D engine is supposed to have loads of mocap etc but looks jerky as hell and the players are really blocky. I am not interested in all this new more interview stuff either, they're boring and repetitive enough already without adding more of them (tunnel/training ground interviews). New UI pictures look like the design is ok in terms of functionality, but is uglier than the club's new OS. Players can now bitch about more things - oh good. Movember player pictures look absolutely awful. Infact the regens look terrible full stop, worse than previoulsy it seems. Not too keen on the new job interview stuff either tbh, bad enough having to do that sh*t in real life.

Basically unless a demo/more images/vidoes come out showing an extreme improvement from what they're showing now I will likely not touch it with a barge pole. And I've loved FM since CM Italia.

I ended up at the FM documentary screening in Birkenhead on Tuesday, it was good especially when you've played the game for years you could relate to what was being said. In all FM 15 looks good and if you are thinking of playing it for the 1st time (ever or in a while) then they have made it a lot more simplistic to find each element of the game
