I'm really into hip hop, i grew up on Mobb Deep, Cormega & the other regular stuff like 2pac ( not really into him ) his poetry was incredible, not too keen on his Raps, i also was into Notorious BIG.

I'm 32 now, and have grown out of it a lot, i see it for was it is, when i was younger - Ca$h Money, No Limit was just starting out - and to me was joke now the biggest and most popular rapper is Lil Wayne ( who i don't think is a rapper at all, more a pop star )

As i grew up, i discovered older and more mature RnB and hip hop

De la Soul, MF Doom, The Roots, Madlib, even Kanye and the uk stuff like The Nextmen 57th Dynasty loads, i could be here all day.

I just wanted to know who else is into it?

I was back in the day.. Tupac/ Naz/ Jay Z/ BIG..

I really don't listen to music any more though, and if I do I lean towards Rock more in my senior years.

Me lad, but im a commercial whore.

NWA, Dre, 2Pac and used to love DMX before he became a crack fiend and stopped.

I enjoy some of it.

Always enjoyed the Ruff Ryders stuff, Mobb Deep, Mos Def and his stuff with Talib Kweli. Not too knowledgable about much else though to be honest.

forgot DMX, he is being released in a bit! his first album ' its dark and hell ' is hot was immense!

I used to like rap a lot when I was younger. I could hardly name 5 rappers nowadays though. Don't get me started with the UK "rappers"....dear god.

But The Blue Print, G Funk Era, College Dropout, In Search Of and 2001 are possibly 5 of the greatest albums EVER!

Used to love a bit of Jurassic 5, LL Cool J etc too

Looking at those album covers and talking of Louis Theroux earlier, have you ever seen the Gangsta rap episode? He makes his own album cover. You have to see it if you haven't already

Yes i've seen that episode, i think he actual goes to Pen & Pixel ( the makers of them album covers )

Isnt it spelled Nas?

Anyway, I only like Kid Cudi, Eminem, and Lupe Fiasco.
