I'm surprised it's not a height restriction instead of age. I can understand not allowing small children as their view could be severely impaired (perhaps leading to unsafe practices such as standing on seats etc), but my mate's lad is 13, almost 6ft tall and would have no such problems.
Haha, yeah, I help coach my lad plays U15 football team, and his mate who plays as striker is about 2 inches taller than me, and I'm 6'1". Another lad in his year is 6'5" (not even exaggerating )

It does need questioning, for as you say it potentially limits your choice. Tbh, they probably need the youngsters (if tall enough) in there anyway to help create the atmosphere.

Being a none season ticket holder these days means I'm thankful to get whatever tickets are available.
At least at the new stadium when I manage to get tickets I know I won't be paying good money only to find myself staring at a post or through a letter box.
Always loved Goodison but can't wait for this move.
Bring it on.
Exactly this for me ;)

Have the club not spoke to fan groups about potential singing sections?
Wool behaviour, I know.
But iirc that was the problem with other clubs moving and lack of atmosphere...not including booing...

18 is what was "leaked" a few weeks ago from one of the meetings, but I don't think the club have officially announced anything yet. I reckon they will have a restriction, but it won't be as old as 18.
Personally I think 16 would be fine for Lower South and perhaps unrestricted in Lower North (if Rail seating is ever installed there).

The very few people I know who go to the home games all go by car. Has there been any articles/news on if there will be any car parks available?

There's loads in town, but very pricey. Some along Leeds Street will likely take advantage and open at weekend and on evenings of matches. They're currently at £3.50 all day.

Morning all, qucik question anyone thinking of purchasing the Club View? It says available from Jan. I have 6 years tenure with my son. I would assume by the time it gets to me most of the good seats will be gone. Is Club view allocated by tenure too or as its some sort of premium is it available from the off to all?

Thanks

It’s based on tenure, but how old is your son, as concessions are limited to Young Adult (18-21) in Club View
