Anyone think Beckham would be a good manager? Argentina and Brazil both have former players.

I think Becks would do a good job, he has an excellent standing in the game, but sadly I just dont think he was what it takes to be a top Manager.

Maradona is fiery, so is Dunga, I think top coaches need a bit of fire, see Moyes, SAF, Jose, Becks is about as fiery as water, not a bad thing, but he would be lacking, he would make an excellent number 2, but lets face it, when he retires, I doubt he will want nor need a proper job.

His voice would be a problem. He sounds like Aled Jones before his balls dropped. You cant listen to that voice as authoritative. Sad but true. Ideally you're looking for a good baritone. Barry White would be a good England manager, but he's dead.
