Cheeky sod. Journo is probably a vegan from Forest Green.
I've been on the raki all day. Got it from Qatari Bob after he went back home to watch the Oreo Cup final between some sad sods and fierce lions. Cracking stuff but I'm seeing quadruple now. Saw my wife and it looked almost like I had one for each day of week.
A win today could put one hand on promotion for Fylde who are eager for a second season in The Championship. It will be decided on the last day but a win for Fylde and a draw between Sunderland and Fleetwood would be favourable. Cardiff have been disappointing this season, tipped for promotion at the start of the campaign but the best they can do now is mid-table. Fylde were on top in the first 20 minutes but on 28 minutes Carr was shown too much space and got the cross in to an unmarked Thompson who headed to make it 1-0. It was frustrating for Fylde, the passes were not clicking and they struggled to get shots on target. John Jones took the corner on 56 minutes but it was cleared away at the front post, Jones pumped it back in and Marshall nodded it on to Carey who stabbed it in! 1-1! Was he onside? Yes he was! Fylde equalise! Fylde were on the front foot, Stockbridge and McKimm-Forster exchanged passes, he got it to Henderson who put it across goal and Carey put it in to make it 2-1! Russell Carey is sending Fylde to The Championship! 12 minutes to go and Cardiff were looking for the equaliser. Carey lost the ball and Poole booted the ball down the middle and Simon Thompson got his second goal to equalise for Cardiff. Five minutes added on for Fylde to try to find the winner. The ball was played in to the box and Euan Henderson was goal side but out of nowhere he was tackled, if only he pulled the trigger sooner. The game ended 2-2 and it will go down to the final day of the season.
