Frank Lampard is a useless manager

I wash when I saw the careers people at school they told me to be a football manager. Get paid loads, do a crap job, get paid loads to leave job and then walk directly into another job to start the same money making cycle again

That's exactly what my careers advisor told me to do, but I was never going to let anything get in the way of my dream of one day being an assistant manager at an Aldi in Bootle.......

How is he a nice guy? The man is a tory and essentially votes for austerity and food banks because he's delusional enough to think hard work is the only thing that got him to his position. Remember during Covid season when Sterling was giving out about under representation of black managers in the league, Frank just went on about how hard he has worked to get to the position he's at today. Frank, it's not impossible to acknowledge that you're a very privelaged London boy with connections.

Lampard is an arrogant little so and so. Instead of dropping down the leagues and building his way up or taking a sabbatical to work on his tactics like Marco Silva did he's jumped straight into another top job because he thinks he's a top manager

Meanwhile Benitez is keeping his powder dry waiting for the right move - not motivated by making a quick buck.

Cos they could have just given Potter more time? Why sack him and pay him off and then bring in a terrible interim manager and pay him as well.

Because Bohley and Chelsea are mental. Potter should’ve gotten more time. Don’t dispute that. I just don’t think naming Frank as a caretaker is a big deal at all. People are acting like he’s being rewarded. He’s just an easy option while they find their next manager for real. Means nothing.

He's straight into another top job because he's been offered it, not because of what he thinks. He'd be a fool to turn it down. He started at Derby which is a drop down the league.
