That back 4 is nothing to do with Frank, absolutely tragic the lot of them.

Getting rid of another manager is utterly pointless - but I'm not going to get all defensive for Frank when previous managers have been hounded out for not having the right face. Some were binned even after top-half finishes. So, nah.

That said, I see absolutely no point in yet another change - and we are staying up or going down with Frank. You takes your choice. The fans need to accept that if the players we have are poor enough to ruin the reputations of serial-winning coaches, they are perfectly set up to destroy a novice like Frank Lampard.

What would be great is if Evertonians could get real about managers. They are not world-beaters when they beat Brentford in the Cup or smash an abysmal Leeds at Goodison, and they are not third division level when humiliated on the road. They are just doing their best (admittedly not great in some cases) with a truly weak hand to play.
