Definitely the right Man for Everton. He is exactly what we have needed for years and is already breaking his own bones in excitement about an Everton goal. You can see how much it all means to him. Just hope we get safe and he has a chance to really throw himself at the job from fresh and a brand new season all of his own design and making.
I agree. I think the people he has brought in on his staff to surround him has been good as well.

We stay up great, still been a horrendous season.

A first trophy since 1995 makes this season the best in 27 seasons automatically.

Honestly baffles me how some are not arsed about a potential cup semi final - its the whole point of being a kin footie fan !!!

Get your head out of the accounts / league table and look forward to what being a footie fan is all aboot man!
Yes, it's been a horrific season. Yes, the cup run is at least something but it is not the priority. That doesn't matter, because we don't have the level of player not to be able to play a 'strong' team. Our first team isn't strong anyway, any team we put out is weak.

Right now, the main goal is staying up. That is all that matters right now. If we manage to get through on Sunday, great. It's been a crap season whatever happens, it won't be a good one if we win the cup and go down.

Again, I detest the personal abuse that Bill Kenwright gets on this site

Lampard is no idiot, and clearly understands the passion Bill has.

He has never seen a Chairman and a CEO come to training and address the squad.

I am very unhappy with 27 years without a trophy, but I will never indulge in personal insults of a fellow human whatever their background.
He's a fat self serving slug

I dont personally. Thinking about it I just dont see how that would be feasible.

Thankfully, I think he's going to be viewed more as a miracle worker as we stay up.

Next season will be interesting with him in charge. He can only be a better man and manager having been through this crucible and come out of the other side (hopefully).
Is this dependent on what funds are available possibly)

He speaks and carries himself so well.

Always willing to fight on behalf of the club against either the officials or even fixture scheduling.

This as well as being confident but realistic about what we can achieve.

It's really refreshing to be able to sit through a press conference without rolling my eyes every 3 seconds.

If he can translate his passion into his tactics then great.

Very few managers celebrated the way he has in recent years, at a last minute winner… but make no mistakes, he’s got a lot wrong so far, and it still concerns me, but passion and care for the club is a solid 10/10 for me.
