Italian fraud Carlo was lucky to have Mina, Digne and DCL injury free last season for majority or we'd be in similar position.

That said, Frank is as clueless with this inept squad as Rafael was.

Lampard is performing terribly as Everton manager and if we can get Sam in to save us it gives us a massively better chance.

Lampard came in when our confidence was shot to pieces. He inherited the results of 5 years dreadful recruitment and has to try and change the whole mentality and tactics with games coming thick and fast.
He needs the time to initiate a rebuild as indicated, no matter what league we are in.
Sack him and all we do is further compound the mess of the past 6 years topped off by a Board and owner who appear to be lacking in any of the skills required to provide a plan to do anything other than fight fires badly.

I do like Lampard, he talks well and has a good coaching setup around him, but he has to realise that this squad doesn't have the ability to play how he wants to play, It's almost as if he doesn't want to get a Allardyce/Dyche reputation incase it affects his chances of getting another job.
