2022/23 Frank Lampard

No point in sacking Lampard if you keep the board the same. The board are the ones that need to bear the brunt of this. Lampard looks out of his depth now, but it's going to carry on exactly the same no matter who we put in with the board staying as they are.
That's not true, someone could keep us in the league.

If he’s getting the boot it needs to be tonight. The FA cup has given us over a week before the next league game. Has to be now or never.
This job is too big for Lampard.

There’s nothing sad about this we are absolutely disgraceful to watch even worse when we play as well as we did against city the other day this is men against boys

The best time to plant a tree was 10 years ago. The second best time is now.

i.e. before Xmas was the perfect time call an end to this result-less love-in. But actually given the next couple of games, tonight isn’t too bad. Assuming Kev saw it coming and has the feelers out. (Snigger)

If only we’d had a month with no football to sound a new manager out…
That is the most annoying thing for me. We had a 6 week break and it was obvious what was coming and in true Everton board style they waited so the impact would be far more damaging. They wont have done any leg work for a replacement whatsoever. They all need to be gone as well as Frank.

As soon as he deviated from the 5 at the back on the team news I knew this would be him being found out.

Itls the only way this team can get a foothold in a game and he dropped it against a decent football team just as dangerous as Man City with the ball.

Itls ok saying he has to go, but we're down now anyway I believe.

That's it.

Championship next season.

It's all over for us as a top flight team for the next decade.

Will go down as one of the worst ever to manage our club.
Was rubbish last season but Richy and Pickford dragged us over the line.
Never deserved the praise for keeping us up, and no other manager would've been given the support he has from the fans this year.
I will put my hat on him never becoming a successful manager in top level football

I've been willing to give him time and a bit of leeway cause of how bad things have been at the club as a whole but we've somehow come back from the mid season break even worse. There is literally no plan when we attack with zero confidence and now we're also completely awful defensively. There's literally nothing to feel optimistic about watching this team. He needs to go.
