I don't understand how he's so unprogressive as a manager.


He's young, amazing ex-player, played under some of the best and most innovative managers in the world yet he's in now way proactive at all.

He's like a combination of Martinez and Silva.

It's so strange.

I think he tried to be progressive in his opening few games, got a few demolitions and tried to develop a style which doesn't suit him whatsoever. He's got crap players and clearly isn't adaptable to that situation.

Scoring goals is one part of football, keeping them out is another.

Pickford is up there, the centre backs arent even that bad either, but this fella cant set them up or have them tactically aware to keep goals out.
