Not at all. The players who listen to instructions get games...even if it ends up being the youth player.

If you're a manager who has players that don't listen to your instructions...then you're not a good manager or you need to sell the players.

Gordon should have been sold, DCL should have been sold two seasons ago. Poor decisions for top to bottom is why we are here not because of one man.

Football doesn't work like that. Players want to play. Someone senior will always step in and carry the instructions out.
