You’re right he absolutely does need help and it’s a dereliction of duty by this inept board, but it’s the level of help he needs to even get Everton out of the bottom 3 that’s unacceptable - he simply isn’t getting the most out of the team through some bizarre team selections, formations tactics and debilitating in game management
