We dont have players capable of scoring goals though, looking at squad I'd say biggest strength is the defence and midfield unit so we need a manager to utilise this to give us any chance.
Not a gung ho maniac who had a few years to mould a leeds team in his preferred style that ended with getting tonked every week buy massive score lines before he was put out his misery.

….I think it’s safe to say Lampard has surrounded himself with a poor assistant.

It looked like he'd got good people around him as well, experience and energy. He mentioned the experience he had learned from his previous jobs was to take on board more what his coaching staff tell him and then trust his instinct.

It looked like he wasn't listening to anyone, though advice looked like it must have been limited as well.
