Looking forward to the official Everton announcement which will say 'the search for the next manager commences and there will be further updates as and when required' which basically translates to we have done no pre planning whatsoever because we are terrible and couldn't organise a knees up in a brewery and we will continue to blame those horrible headlocking fans for the mess we have made.

Absolutely no pleasure whatsoever to be had from the sacking of an Everton manager, as by it's very nature it means things are going badly, but I can't say I'm sad, disappointed or regretful in any way, shape of form.
The right decision only 2 months too late.
